SALUD INTEGRAL EN LA MONTAÑA
We are a private, nonprofit, community-based organization incorporated in the Department of State since 1974; recognized by the federal government as a Federally Qualified Health Center with a grant under Section 330 of the Public Health Service Act.
We provide primary and preventive health care. We serve low-income communities with limited medical care through our Health Centers located in the municipalities of Barranquitas, Bayamón, Comerío, Corozal, Dorado, Naranjito, Orocovis, and Toa Alta. We offer a wide range of clinical services and specialized programs, such as Home Care and Hospice, among others. We provide medical assistance to more than 70,000 patients in the mountain region. We are members of the Lares HIV / AIDS Consortium since 1997.
For more than 50 years, we have been taking care of the health of the communities we serve. The following graphic illustrates our trajectory through our history
