Our Substance Abuse Counselors work to establish a helping relationship in a collaborative process with individuals experiencing problematic substance use. They promote achieving goals aimed at recovery and maintenance while also encouraging prevention. They conduct interventions to reduce or eliminate substance use and promote maintenance to prevent relapses. All interventions are carried out using evidence-based models.
We offer this service at our Health Center in Naranjito, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
