Behavioral Health

Behavioral health refers to mental, social and emotional well-being. It is the way a person thinks, feels and acts when facing different situations in life. Mental health problems and disorders caused by substance abuse, both concerning behavioral health, affect at least one in four people. Physical health is also affected by behavioral health. For example, a high level of stress can cause fatigue, weight loss or gain, or trouble concentrating, which in turn could result in the person feeling overwhelmed, anxious or depressed.

These situations can make it harder to think clearly, control how you feel and work with others. Sometimes you may feel helpless and hopeless, however, you are not alone. Through our behavioral health team, we can help you with:
